Les Mouettes reviews

The Splint Family | July-August 2009

We stayed here end of July through to August, we spent most of our holiday on site and only really left to get supplies from the supermarket. The pools are great and the lazy river was nice to relax in. Kids loved the slides – even the vertical drop one! The entertainment was good, especially the live music. The restaurant was ok. The entire campsite is really clean, tidy and spacious. We would love to go back again, as it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had.

The Linkman Family | July 2009

Just got back from a two week holiday at Le Mouettes. We stayed in a tent (eurocamp tent, not our own) which was spacious than I had imagined it would be. The pool complex was fantastic and was open until quite late unlike a lot of campsites we have stayed at were they usually close before 7pm. There is also a bar next to it, which was great as you can have a drink and still keep an eye on the kids. There are lots of nice coastal walks, which I would definitely recommend doing. The camp shop sells a selection of food and essentials, but I would recommend going to one of the local supermarkets instead as you’d get better value for your money (Super U near St Paol was very cheap) The evening entertainment was good and lively, with magic shows, dancing etc. the local are is lovely, the closest beach is just outside the campsite, which has some rock pools that the kids loved exploring. We had a fab holiday and I would definitely recommend this campsite.

The Davis Family | June 2009

Our first impressions when we arrived at Les Mouettes were good. The campsite was quiet, clean, well kept and the staff that greeted us was welcoming and friendly. The views were great and the campsite felt spacious. However, on the downside, the food in the restaurant was horrible, the bar and shop were overpriced, and the canvas reps were useless.

The Bennett Family | June 2009

We stayed at Les Mouettes in June and had a good holiday. The best thing at this campsite is the pool and slides, which all of our family (age range 6-52) enjoyed. We travelled with keycamp, and I could not fault our mobile home or their couriers, plus before we went on our holiday, Keycamp sent us a pack, which had useful items such as a map, beach bag and games for the children. I have never booked with Keycamp before so this was a pleasant surprise. The local area is nice, and there are lots of great walks. The campsites own shop is a bit overpriced, so we did our food shop at the supermarket in St Paol de Leon. The restaurant at the campsite was a bit of a let down, so we ended up cooking our own food in the mobile home (which had a fridge, freezer, grill and microwave, the only thing missing was a toaster!). I would definitely recommend Les Mouettes and Keycamp.
