Domaine de Kerlann reviews

The Robinson Family | August 2016

Rather surprised by the other reviews for this park as my holiday here was wonderful. Our first time at this holiday park in August and would rate it in the top 3 parks in Brittany. We often tour the West coast of France and Brittany always has the best kept parks from our 4th season of French coasting. The park has a decent sized main swimming pool and the accommodation is a good standard too. Evening entertainment runs through weekends and varied week nights for the kids and the restaurant caters for a wide range of food types which kept the wife happy with here veggie diet.

Overall a really well run park with very friendly staff. Would certainly keep this park on our list for our next tour.

The Bexter Family | July 2014

Booked a 10 day holiday at Domaine de Kerlann with Siblu and all in all we had a great time, especially the kids which who matter the most. The caravan we booked was very fancy and modern, however we did notice that a lot weren't. The caravan had plenty of space and more than adequate for our holiday stay. It was clean but had a slight smell at first, however this disappeared once we left the windows open for a few hours. The shower was powerful and hot and luckily the decking outside got the sun mid-day to evening.

The pool area was fantastic and the entertainment at night was varied for all ages and the kids joined in with the dancing and party games. The restaurant wasn’t great so we stayed away from it through the rest of the holiday and just bought in food from a large supermarket, the campsite did have a shop but it was overpriced, although the bread there was very nice and fresh.
I would suggest this type of holiday to all young ages, you’re guaranteed to have plenty of fun!

The Mc Alpine Family | June 2014

Had a great time at Domaine de Kerlann. Good and varied places to eat on the complex, great location for sightseeing and our mobile home was imaculate. This is a spectacular park with plenty to do and very fun friendly staff. No surprise as Siblu parks are often on par with Yelloh Village. Would recommend this holiday to any family.

The Granger Family | August 2013

Pony Aven is a lovely area, have visited this part of Brittany many times, very beautiful countryside and lots to do. Quimper is a must visit as it has plenty of nice shops (not just the touristy ones), a zoo nearby and lots of varied restaurants not too overpriced. As for the Domaine Kerlann campsite we were not that impressed. The site is not as well looked after as the other campsites we have visited in Brittany, and the mobile homes are also a little run down. To be fair, there was a few nice looking mobiles but we paid enough for ours so wouldn’t like to imagine how much the better one’s where. The facilities on the campsite are vast and plenty, nice swimming pools, lots of fun sports for the kids and a well organised kids club. The evening entertainment was enjoyable but it was usually too loud and could be heard in parts of the site.

We won’t be returning to this site but don’t let this put you off by the area as it is a lovely part of France.
