Ca'Savio reviews
Ca'Savio, Cavallino-Treporti, Adriatic, Italy
Great campsite in low season, nice and quiet and right next to a beach. The onsite shop is well stocked and reasonably priced. There are lots of great bike routes in the area so I’d definitely recommend hiring bikes and making a picnic, for a great family adventure! Will be going back next year for sure!
Very large campsite, but don’t let that put you off as it has a great pool and beach as well as plenty of facilities to accommodate it’s capacity. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, but Ca Savio village is within walking distance where there are much better restaurants. There are loads of cycle paths, and the area is quite flat, so the kids would easily be able to manage it.
We stayed at Ca'Savio campsite in May, which I can only assume is when the campsite first opens for the year, as everything seemed disorganised, slow and dirty which was a shame as it looks like the campsite would have been great, if only we had gone a month later!
